"I was a customer of Corbin's for almost 3 years. I was a customer of State Farm for 12. My car loan, car insurance, home insurance and life insurance were all through State Farm. Over the years I have had some issues with State Farm, but in general my experience was a good one. I switched to Geico because of Corbin Cooper. I had a good life insurance policy and my car insurance through him. I really liked the life insurance policy because I had a GREAT rate. However, last year my debit card information changed. I forgot to update that information with Corbin's office. So, they cancelled my entire account with State Farm. His office manager told me that they tried to contact me. That probably is the case. My life is busy. I had no voicemails from their office. In looking back over my emails I had two emails asking for updated payment information. I had no warning that my policies were cancelled, and that is the reason for my review. I found out that my policies were cancelled when I called to ask a question about them. My problem isn't that they cancelled my policies. That makes sense. My problem is that the communication from this State Farm office is lacking. Honestly, I wouldn't be writing this review if I had even one email letting me know my policies were cancelled. If you like State Farm, just find a different location. There's one on every corner."

"Arthur! hey man.... I am sorry you felt like a Google Review was the best way to let us know how you felt 5 months after your policies cancelled. But since this is the communication method Youd like to use, I will reply so you can see things from this side of the fence. From September 3rd through Oct 23rd. I had 2 women in my office contact your number which was, towards the end, disconnected. (Phone company probably got a 2 star review as well). I also had them email you multiple times at arthurnystrom@gmail.com. we have copies of phone logs, texts, emails... we also send paper mail ( state law) when you get cancelled automatically. Obviously, I can't control if a number gets disconnected. but we did do what we needed to do from our side, and I hope you can understand that. This one hits a little close to home for me so I will continue down this path. You and I had a great relationship. In fact, good enough that when my third daughter was born, the day of, not like the week of. I left my wife at the hospital and had a life insurance conversation with you and we got you set up with a great policy as you stated above. then not too long after that. I introduced you to my wife who is head of recruiting for her company which turned into a MUCH higher paying job for you if memory serves correctly. But man, at the end of the day. you have to do what you think is best for you. We don't want to cancel people that takes money out of my pocket, we do everything humanly possible at our office even outside of the multiple emails and mailers that state farm corporate sends. If you don't pay your bill, your insurance gets cancelled. It's just like any other service you pay for. very straight forward. If google would let me post all the documentation that we sent out over those 2 months I would, feel free to call anytime if you need it. I really do truly wish you well. I still don't think a bad google review warrants this, but here we are. You had my cell number, (which every customer has). as well as office line etc. Good luck in the future."

She’s had over 12 years of experience and she really know her business….She and I discussed my needs and lifestyle and she found me a much better package at a far better price than my current provider.. "My furnace went out in the middle of a winter storm. I hired someone to try and fix it, but it could not be fixed and I had to get a new one. I filed a claim with State Farm through my home system protection and within a week, they had everything taken care of. They were professional and kind and got the claim finalized very quickly."

"Last year Corbin Cooper with State Farm suggested that I would purchase an additional coverage for my heating and air unit. I agree and unexpectedly my ac unit stopped working this summer. After I placed a claim I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service and support that I received. The claim has been resolved to my total satisfaction. I wish more companies would learn from State Farm and Corbin Cooper in how to handle customer’s claims. I highly recommend them."
